These Terms and Conditions (which shall be referred to in this document as ‘T&Cs), are to govern the customer relationship with the company DIZZ Limited, a Company incorporated under the laws of Malta with Company registration number C 26823, whose registered address is at Dizz Building, Carob Street, Santa Venera, SVR 1700, Malta, (herein referred to as the “Company”) in relation to the Promotion here organized and to ensure its fairness and transparency. The Promotion shall be in the form of a price draw, from the eligible participants, in terms of these T&Cs
Eligibility
For a person to be eligible and be able to participate in this promotion, a person would have followed the following steps on Instagram: –

Prize
The prize shall be 3 nights – One Double Room – all inclusive at Louis Phaethon Beach valid for stays in March – April and November – December 2023. including flights and airport transfers + Five Hundred (€500) Dizz Group Voucher, a total sum equivalent to two thousand (2,000) Euro. Flight + Accommodation to be granted by ENRICO TRAVEL MALTA, a Company incorporated under the laws of Malta with Company registration number C 11360, whose registered address is at Enrico Travel, Sir Ugo Mifsud, Ta’ Xbiex, Malta to be utilized against the above-mentioned months.
The campaign will be organized in collaboration with a local influencer between the 2nd of February and the 13th of February 2023 with the drawing of the prize being held on the 14th February 2023 by the influencer herself.
Conditions to the Promotion
This promotion shall be subject to the below general terms:
- A participant must be over eighteen years (18) of age and in this regard, we reserve the right to request age verification from participants. Any person not having eighteen (18) years of age, will be automatically disqualified from participant in the Promotion.
- Employees of the Company (relating to DIZZ Group & Enrico Travel) or any related entities shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- The above-mentioned prize cannot be transferred to any other person and the winner is required to accept the prize personally.
- The Prize cannot be redeemed in cash or any other offer.
- As a condition to the Promotion, the winner shall be required to attend a public prize giving ceremony, in which photographs will be taken and made public on social media and other official marketing channels of the Company.
- The winner of the promotion shall be contacted via mobile number / email that the participant would have provided.
- Should the Company be unable to contact the winner, fail to claim his prize personally, fail to provide proper identification when claiming the prize or be in breach of any of the terms listed in these T&Cs, that person shall forfeit his right to the prize of this Promotion.
- The winner shall be responsible for the payment of the travel insurance, spending money and any related costs to be able to travel.
- The winner must book this vacation directly with Enrico Travel for the months of March, April, November & December 2023.
The winner must satisfy all the above listed criteria to be able to claim the prize.
Data Protection
The Company will collect and process Personal Data in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Company Policies. By entering into this Promotion, the individual is acknowledging and accepting as a condition for participation, that the winner’s photographs will be shared publicly on social media and similar means.
Jurisdiction and Forum
This promotion shall be governed by the laws of Malta. In the event any dispute is to arise in relation to such a promotion, this shall be determined exclusively by the Maltese Court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to T&Cs
