DIZZ Group has acquired three additional Italian luxury brands, Dizz group has taken over the Italian labels Trussardi at The Point, Sliema; Paul & Shark, in Valletta and Pjazza Tigné; and Harmont & Blaine, also at The Point, Sliema.

“Our mission is to double the brands’ sales performance and expand the brands by opening new outlets in prime locations,” a spokesmen’s from the company quoted.

We see this deal as an opportunity to further grow the business, while at the same time expanding the company portfolio from fast fashion to affordable designer wear.

Paul & Shark is a luxury label synonymous with Italian elegance and style, offering a wide range of men’s, women’s, children’s and accessories collections, including sportswear.

The fashion house Trussardi is based on more than 100 years of excellence, made with uncompromising quality and peerless expertise that comes from the 100 -per-cent Made in Italy values.
