Promotion Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (which shall be referred to in this document as T&C’s), are to govern the customer relationship with the company DIZZ Limited, a Company incorporated under the laws of Malta with Company registration number C 26823, whose registered address is at Dizz Building, Carob Street, Santa Venera, SVR 1700, Malta, (herein referred to as the “Company”) in relation to the Promotion here organized and to ensure its fairness and transparency. The Promotion shall be in the form of a price draw, from the eligible participants, in terms of these T&C’s
Eligibility
For a person to be eligible and be able to participate in this promotion, a person would have purchased any item from one of our Harmont & Blaine stores in Malta.
The participants would then be required to fill in his details on the back of Fiscal Receipt, which is to include identification details and contact details of the participant. The ticket would then be put into a ticket booth, which shall be located in every store, which shall then be used as part of the Promotion.
How the competition will work
Purchase from Harmont and Blaine Malta Store, and enter the chance to win the gift, we will print off an extra receipt per transaction, the customer will fill in there details and place inside the box. Then we will host a draw and pick one winner. The customer will be asked a skilled question, example who is Harmont and Blaine sponsoring in the football sector this year, if they answer right they will win the gift. This is allowed according to Malta lottery guidelines under the sole responsibility of DKV & CO. Limited (Malta) that is an independent retailer of Harmont and Blaine products.
Prize
The prize shall be a AC Milan Jerseys Season 2020-21 with signature of the players. Prize Value 150 Euros.
The campaign will be organized between the 1st June 2021 and the 31st July 2021 with the drawing of the prize being held on the 6th August 2021 at Harmont & Blaine Store in Bay Street in the presence of a notary or on any other date as the organizer may deem fit.
Conditions to the Promotion
This promotion shall be subject to the below general terms:
- A participant must be over eighteen years (18) of age and in this regard, we reserve the right to request age verification from participants. Any person not having eighteen (18) years of age, will be automatically disqualified from participant in the Promotion.
- Employees of the Company (relating to DIZZ) or any related entities shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- The above-mentioned prize cannot be transferred to any other person and the winner is required to accept the prize personally.
- The Prize cannot be redeemed in cash or any other offer.
- As a condition to the Promotion, the winner shall be required to attend a public prize giving ceremony, in which photographs will be taken and made public on social media and other official marketing channels of the Company.
- The winner of the promotion shall be contacted via mobile number / email that the participant would have provided.
- Should the Company be unable to contact the winner, fail to claim his prize personally, fail to provide proper identification when claiming the prize or be in breach of any of the terms listed in these T&C’s, that person shall forfeit his right to the prize of this Promotion.
- Should the person return purchased items with which participation was granted to the Promotion, the person shall forfeit his right to the prize.
The winner must satisfy all the above listed criteria to be able to claim the prize.
Data Protection
The Company will collect and process Personal Data in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Company Policies. Any Personal Data Collected and Processed for the purpose of this Promotion shall be in line with the Company internal privacy policy which can be found here: HERE
By entering into this Promotion, the individual is acknowledging and accepting as a condition for participation, that the winner’s photographs will be shared publicly on social media and similar means.
Jurisdiction and Forum
This promotion shall be governed by the laws of Malta. In the event any dispute is to arise in relation to such a promotion, this shall be determined exclusively by the Maltese Court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to T&C’s
The Company reserves the right to make any changes to these T&C’s as it may deem fit and necessary thus it is the responsibility of participants to check these T&C’s on the Company’s website to stay updated with any changes.
