Reference is made to the article titled: Diane Izzo denies rumours she is owner of Egrant

Dizz Group and its CEO Diane Izzo have no connection with Egrant, neither directly nor indirectly, or with any other company that is not directly owned by the group.

Whilst noting that the allegations put to the CEO and the Group are highly defamatory, the company and its officers, reserve all their rights in relation to the publication of the article and repetition of any allegation that is defamatory and untrue.
